The blame game

When things go wrong, why do we always want to blame someone else?  Blaming is based in emotion.

Take responsibility:

Acknowledge what happened and your part in it.

Be kind to yourself and learn from it.

Be thoughtful before you do something and do what you think is right.

Trust your gut and act on what you know for sure, not on hopefulness.
